Refund policy

If you need to return an item, please use the "Contact" button on the top of this site and email us, or you can contact us via Facebook messenger through our Facebook page . You must provide your original order number to start the process.

Once an order is delivered or sold in person, the customer has 7 days to return the item under the conditions that the wrong item was sent or it was damaged during shipping. We will not approve a return because you changed your mind.

Approved returns: Once a return has been approved, the return label will be generated by us and sent via email. You will be given 7 days to mail back the return or it will no longer elgible for return. All returns mailed passed the 7 days time window will be the liability of the customer to pay to have the original item(s) mailed back to them with tracking as it no longer our responsibility.

Exchanges: All exchanges must first be approved by us, then the return process started. The return label will be generated by us and sent via email. You have 7 days to get the item to the post office to be mailed back to us or the exchange will be canceled and no longer elgible. No replacement will sent until the return has be made and recieved by us.

Due to the high volume of spoof emails and spam filling up our inbox we have made the necessary adjustment for those wishing to contact us to please do so via the "Contact Us!" button at top of our site or through Messenger on our social media page located on Facebook.

This high volume of spam landing in our inbox is causing important emails to be overlooked. For now this is the solution we find that will be most helpful to everyone.

We will do our best to respond as quickly as possible. It is our intention to provide accurate answers to any questions or concerns that you may have.

If you need to return an item, please use the mentioned above means of communicating with us and give us time to respond.It may take up to 24 hours for a response but we do respond to all inquires.
